By downloading, installing, or using the Ora mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Ora is an AI-powered skincare companion that provides personalized skincare recommendations, product ingredient analysis, routine management, and skin progress tracking. The App uses artificial intelligence to analyze products and provide suggestions based on your skin profile.

Ora is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.

All recommendations, analyses, and suggestions provided by Ora are for informational purposes only and should not be considered as medical diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a licensed dermatologist or healthcare professional for medical skin concerns, persistent skin conditions, allergic reactions, or before making significant changes to your skincare routine. Do not disregard professional medical advice based on information provided by Ora.

To use Ora, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use Ora.

Free Tier

Ora offers a free tier with limited features, including up to 10 AI chat messages per day and 5 product scans per month.

Ora Pro

Ora Pro is a paid subscription that unlocks unlimited AI messages, unlimited product scans, and additional premium features. Ora Pro is available as:

  • Monthly — $4.99 per month
  • Annual — $49.99 per year

Billing

All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store in accordance with their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks
  • Use automated systems or scripts to access the App
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code
  • Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others

The App, including its design, features, content, and underlying technology, is owned by Ora and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our written permission.

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the App (including photos, skin logs, and chat messages). By submitting content, you grant Ora a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and store that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services. We will not share your content publicly or with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

Ora uses artificial intelligence to generate skincare recommendations, product analyses, and chat responses. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content. You acknowledge that AI recommendations are suggestions only and should be evaluated with your own judgment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ora and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, skin reactions, allergic responses, or any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time through the App's Settings screen, which will permanently remove all your associated data.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of Australia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
